本地付款方式 Local payment method：

本店暫時並不收取Alipay支付寶，但客人可以使用其內設的FPS轉數快功能付款給我們。

海外付款方式 Overseas payment methods：

Visa, Master, AE, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal

不好意思，因為線上可能會有多名客户同時搶購產品，所以所有商品一律先入數入得。
逾時付款的訂單將會被系統自動取消，商品亦會轉讓給另一位客人購買。
如客人累積兩次或以上下單後沒有付款的情況，有機會會被列入黑名單。

Sorry, all products are first-come-first-served as there may be multiple customers rushing to buy the same products at the same time. 
Orders with late payment will be automatically canceled by the system and the goods will be released to another customer for purchase.
If a customer forgets to pay after placing two or more orders, he or she may be blacklisted.

視乎客人的付款方式而定。
如客人使用FPS/Payme進行付款，則可因商品缺貨的問題進行全額退款。
除此之外的付款方式，如信用卡/八達通，退款時均需扣減4.6%手續費。
款項將於30天內退回。

It depends on the payment method you used when you checked out the order.
If you used FPS/Payme for check out before, you can receive a full refund.
If you used other payments (eg. credit card/octopus card), 4.5% process fee will be charged.
Money will be refunded within 30 days.

Yes, we do ship worldwide. For the customer from Macau or Taiwan, you may check out directly through our page.
Yet, for the customer from other countries, please inquiry us for the shipping details first.

現貨商品我們會在2-3個工作天內安排寄出，不包括週末和公眾假期。
預購商品則會在7-18個工作天內到貨，到貨後亦會同樣於2-3個工作天內安排寄出。
如客人急於收件，可選擇我們的”加急24小時內出貨"服務。

Instock items will be shipped within 2-3 working days, excluding weekend and public holiday.
Pre-order items will be arrived within 7-18 working days. It will also be shipped within 2-3 working days after arrival.
If you're in urgent need for recieving your parcel, you may choose our Urgent Parcel service.
We'll send out your parcel within 24 hours after your request.

只要訂單尙未寄出，均可安排合併發貨。但客人須自行透過IG聯絡我們，以提出相關請求，並付上需要合併寄出的訂單號碼，以便安排。

Yes you can request for combined shipping if the order are not yet shipped.
Please contact us via Instagram to request this serive and include your order numbers.

如收貨後遇上出貨錯誤/出現重大瑕疵(如：配件脱落)等商品問題，請於收貨日起7天內聯絡我們。

如非以上特殊情況，商品出售後因衞生問題將一律不設退換或退款，敬請見諒。

‼️ 注意事項：Remade系列均是以二手衣物再次創作的新款時裝設計，全人手車縫，因此或許會有少許不起眼的瑕疵/使用痕跡，非如同新衣般100%完美，如介意請客人下單前慎重考慮。‼️ 

不過請放心，我們的每一件商品均經過嚴格的人手QC檢查，以確保處於最好的狀態才進行出售，客人可安心購買 ♡

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your parcel if we have sent the wrong products to you or the products are having any big defects. 

Except for the above special circumstances, no exchanges or refunds will be allowed due to hygienic issues after the product is sold.

‼️ Note: Our Remade series are all new fashion designs re-created from second-hand clothes. They are all hand-sewn, so there may be some unobvious flaws/marks of use, which are not 100% perfect like a new clothes. If you mind, please consider carefully before placing an order. ‼️ 

But don't worry, each of our products has undergone strict manual QC inspection to ensure it's in the best condition before sale. You can certainly buy with confidence ♡
